Tony Moscrop (centre)
Joined Dufaylite as Managing Director in June 1995, from being Sales & Operations Director with a fire protection engineering company. From a technical engineering base, his working career broadened to encompass all aspects of production, sales and company management up to board level. Following the companies development Tony is now Chairman and looks into special projects and business opportunities.

Ande Wick (left)
Joined Dufaylite in 1996 as Operations Director, in charge of manufacturing, having spent the previous twenty years in production and logistics management of a company making board and fire protection products. Since joining, he has implemented productivity improvements, reduced direct costs and improved purchasing strategies.
With his expertise in many different fields Ande is now responsible for delivering specialist projects.

Mike Burnell (right)
Joined Dufaylite in 1997 as Systems & Management Accountant and was promoted to Finance Director in October 1998. His academic qualifications include management accounting, an engineering degree and MBA gained in 1999. His previous experience in accountancy and systems management included employment in both the public and private sectors. In line with company development Mike has now become Managing Director and looks after the day to day running of the comapny.
